When a green-eyed singer-accordionist meets a French (sorry, Breton) bald bassist obsessed with the dorian mode somewhere in a remote part of Wales over their shared love of languages, only one thing can happen, the birth of a musical duo called Zaffiro.

Zaffiro explores music from around the globe with a unique combination of voice, accordion and double bass (with occasional mandolin, flute, and bodhran playing too).
